3.5 ct Elongated Oval

I've been looking for engagement rings and I found a 3.5 ct elongated oval that looks like a 4 ct one, I have little knowledge on diamonds, but the stats on this ring are G SI2 for $43k, is this a good deal? I tried to attach some pictures of it compared to normal ovals

Is the stone in the video the stone you saw? We need information about the exact stone you saw. Where was it certified? From GIA or AGS, or was it an "in house" certification (which is meaningless)?
