3.4 carats for 34 years from DbL

I dipped my toes into the LGD world. Thanks to @SparklieBug for passing this amazing stone’s IG link along to me. She knew I needed over 9mm (finger size 7.5) and this just fit the bill!

At 3.01 carats, this stone ticked all the boxes for me! Small table, fat arrows, size, color, 0.7 HCA score. It’s a J color because I am not color sensitive at all but I am definitely large knuckled so I need size!!

This beauty is from Diamonds by Lauren. David @Rockdiamond and @Asscherhalo_lover were both easy to work with and very responsive which helped enormously.

As a math teacher, I’m always connecting numbers with life events and I couldn’t believe it when I learned that David chose .39 tcw baguettes (3x5). Hence, when added to the 3.01 center, you have a total of 3.4 carats exactly!! Incredibly coincidentally, just in time for our 34th wedding anniversary this weekend. It was truly kismet.

I’ll call her June because she will help me celebrate the end of a very trying school year.

LOL! For others' information, @Slickk and I "met" through buying each others' sparklies, sometimes going back and forth with the same item. What we both share is that we're each painfully slow, for the most part, at decisions for sparklies. I think I'm definitely the slower one—analysis paralysis strikes, and I have to walk away...So, yes, this was the fastest I've ever seen Slickk take action!

@ariel144 thank you so much!! Yes! Those are French cuts in my band! Great eye! I totally agree about J color stones. Color doesn’t bother me, in fact, I don’t even see it with these old eyes, I guess. Good for me, as I can get the size I need!
