They all look lovely on your finger! Definitely keep the pics coming!

Dang, these are some nice looking diamonds! They all look beautiful on you. Keep us posted!

Thank you ladies!! I wasn’t able to stop by today but will definitely be going tomorrow! I’m leaning towards one of the Jewels by Grace rings unless I find something else that steals my heart but very excited by the possibility of owning a new ring!

I went on Thursday and saw some amazing eye candy!!
@pokerface Just awful about Roy Rover!! I too was there when the police were and learned of what had happened. Julia is just the sweetest woman and I bought a beautiful necklace from her at last years show.

All gorgeous, but like what @canuk-gal said, YOUR ruby ring is the most amazing of the bunch! I'd choose it in a heartbeat!

Yayy!! Thanks for starting a JAWS 2022 thread @pokerface! I stopped by today and will be going back either tomorrow or Sunday (or both days) since I only got to check out two booths. It was my first jewelry show so I felt a bit overwhelmed but had a wonderful time! I loved all 4 rings I tried on at Jewels by Grace as well as an OEC solitaire from Jack Weir and am seriously considering purchasing one of them - the main downside is I didn’t particularly love any of the settings.

Awww shucks you guys! Thank you! She is definitely one of my personal faves!

And I need to know more about the lovely diamond band she wears with it!
It’s a french cut band!

Omg what amazing bling!! That 2.46 was the one I wanted to buy when the original owner was selling it. I narrowly missed out on it, and the buyer then ended up consigning it. It’s a beautiful beautiful stone! But it depends on if your preferences lean transitional vs classic oec. Let us know if you pick one!

@ac117 thank you for sharing so many pics! Wow! I don’t see how a shopper could even choose among all that bling.

Thanks to all of you for taking the time to share your photos and let us live vicariously with you!

@ac117 do you remember where you saw the two crescent brooches and what they were asking? I’ve been kinda looking.

@Austina deal... If you can make it next year I am in! And @springerspaniel @mrs-b hope you're in too :)

Count me in. I had hoped to go this year but between covid and impending back surgery - nope. But next year, definitely!

ETA. Does anyone know if they have any booths selling pearls there?

ETA x 2 If Takahashi had a booth there, I'm dead in the water. Financially speaking. (@yssie - do you know?)

@mrs-b I could be wrong as it's been ages since I went but it's mainly (all) antique dealers and if there are pearls there they would be antique pearls. But again, I could be wrong.

Got it. Thanks @missy - probably a good thing for my wallet!

I would love to hear which ones are your favorites!! I’m heading to JAWS shortly and am suffering from major decision paralysis!! The 3.03ct was my favorite (stone was beautiful, largest of the bunch, and a J color plus I didn’t mind the setting) but waaay over budget so it’s a no-go ☹️ My second favorite is a tie between the 2.46ct transitional and 2.45ct OEC halo. I like the transitional stone more (lovely faceting, better color and clarity) but I didn’t like the settings for both and the 2.45 OEC halo cost much less ($17K vs $21K) so I would feel better about having to pay extra for a different setting.

And to make things more complicated, Dolly just posted a large 3-stone at a price this deal lover cannot ignore!!

That was lovely! It was at a different dealer named Manuel Strauss I think based out of LA. Roughly 2.8ct center and French cut calibre onyx and I think he had said $16k. Here’s a closer shot of it! 97CF91D6-DA28-4955-BCF4-1F11C2CB184F.jpeg

Uhhh that price is amazing!!!!! Is it because it was a lower colored or clarity stone? Thank you so much for the closer shot - definitely going to check out the Manual Strauss booth!

Thank you!! I was in bling heaven! That is so interesting - I asked Grace for the story behind the ring and she said it was being consigned by the original owner who has been a client of hers for years! The original owner had amazing taste in jewelry and the 2.46ct was one of several rings she owned so she was ready to part with it after many years of owning but not wearing it

That is interesting...I just remember saying I wanted to buy it and she said it had sold the day before. But I was under the impression it was sold to a friend, so maybe it just went through the original for consignment. In any case yes the owner has had incredible things.

It was a nice price but definitely lower color. Maybe O/P or Q/R.

I’ve been considering these, below is a pic with both together, along with 2 others that I’m also thinking about!
They told me the larger is 2-2.5ctw and $4k, the smaller is about 1ctw and $2k. I haven’t done too much homework yet on the pricing but none of them screamed “super deal” to me.
