12 arrow diamond

It looks like a brand to me: http://coffrinjewelers.com/index.php/designers-collections/christopher-designs.html .

I'd assumed most cutters wouldnt opt to cut more facets than 57, unless there were a price difference to warrant the extra time and energy spent planning, cutting, polishing all those facets. The JA CrissCut seems to be just lumped in with the rest of them. I imagine that the weird color (and other factors I don't have any clue about) are keeping the price low(?). Maybe it just doesn't perform well.

Ah, it's on the GIA certificate. Yes, it's a Crisscut.

I think the consensus is that these sorts of cuts have exceptional light performance parameters, but so do very high end cuts like branded cuts from Whiteflash, Brian Gavin, and Good Old Gold. They also have a very different look and should be seen in person next to an exceptional conventionally cut diamond. Some people prefer the variant immediately, most do not.
