1.90 carat I VS1 - Is this a good price?

If it's non-refundable I would pass. All vendors on PS give a no questions ask return policy, sometimes 14 days, sometimes 30 days. For this kind of money the stone needs to be appraised by an independent appraiser for its color, clarity and make sure its not cracked or shipped? As a lay person, this is hard to do. Also for insurance you will need an appraisal. I would never buy a diamond if I could not return it. Want professionals to weigh in on the stone. Best of luck.

Nonreturnable? This stone is available from any PS vendor with return policies, Ideal Scope, and possibly for cheaper if you pay by bank wire.

they said this vendor does not accept returns but if u could find a ps vendor for me for this diamond i would be happy

I agree. What do you think about this G SI2 2.01ct Triple excellent diamond? It got a 0.7 HCA score. I am looking at it in store tomorrow , was told its eye clean. What do you think for $16,300? Indented natual an issue?

That is a beautiful stone, diamondseeker2006. Jay27, I would run far and run fast from any vendor who won't take returns and won't give images unless the stone is purchased. That's just ridiculous.

yikes for the first link in my first post, or the image attached? I will be looking at the image attached today, if its eye clean, i will get it. Great price. I saw the I's and the yellow tint is little too much for me

I don't think the SI2 is eye clean the fracture on the side looks like it will be visible to the naked eye.

The I.vs1 has a nice cut, I colour is too low for such a high clarity stone , you are paying for VS1 while getting a low colour so I would personally prefer an eye clean G.VS2 or F/SI1 .

I bought the g/si2. It turned out to be the most sparkly diamond I saw and also very colorless! It was eye clean and the medium fluo didn't make any difference. Can't beat the price for 16500!
