1.5 carat Whiteflash- what do you think?

Hi all,
I wanted some feedback on the following Whiteflash ACA diamond

For the setting, I'm thinking of the Vatche Charis solitaire in platinum.

We have an ACA.
They are superbly-cut diamonds!!!!

Since it's SI1 and there is a crystal under the table and near the center I'd want to make sure it is eye clean to YOUR eyes.
Have a discussion with WF on how to determine that.

This diamond doesn't have the "eye clean" stamp which is usually posted on all WhiteFlash diamonds that are eye clean from 10 inches. My guess is that it's not totally eye clean. I agree with Kenny, I would talk with WF and see what their thoughts are.

Yesterday I was with some friends.
One who is half my age, with her naked eyes, spotted the inclusion in my diamond that I cannot see with my old naked eyes or even with my glasses.

These not-eye-clean diamonds may be sold at a discount and be a good value for us without perfect vision.

I was able to inspect the diamond and it was eye clean to me. It was also eye clean to the sales associate who did point out other diamonds that we looked at that she did not think were eye clean so I trust her judgment.

Just want to be sure I'm getting a good deal on this diamond.

I was also wondering on platinum bands- what combination is the most scratch resistant? 90/10, 95/5, etc- not sure if Whiteflash offers a choice- although this would be a Vatche ring.

I'm not sure with Vatche rings, but for their in house designs you can ask WF to use a specific alloy if you want. I asked for 95/5 ruthenium for mine, which is the most scratch resistant from my own research. It counted as a semi-custom order though, so it's not returnable, and it cost an extra $75

May still want it: When faced with compromises between size/clarity/color/cut, I decided clarity is the thing I personally will let slide, because a diamond is never perfectly clean when it's worn. So, if the inclusion isn't a structural problem and you have to hunt to see it, that's okay. Whatever suits the wearer's criteria. Me, I'd rather have cut, color, and size.

I think you can see the inclusion in the photo. But it might not look that obvious in real life.
