Angles sounds nice. However, I plugged the proportions into DiamCalc and it shows that 3.2carat with these proportions should have 9.75mm in diameter (assuming thin girdle and small culet)...

Price is difficult for me to estimate but I would guess about $11k, give or take a few grands
