I have read the forums for awhile now and have a idea about diamonds. I love asschers. They are such a unique shape. I have had some dialogue with Whiteflash and am waiting on actual pictures of this stone. How do these specs look? The price seems too good to be true for the stone. $3488.00

As you know, asschers show colour more than say, a RB. Therefore, an I colour might be a little too low, but you will need to see the stone to know for sure.

$3270 is the lowest price on the stone in the PS search get a price match and save a few bucks if it checks out.
That said its $500-$600 under market so I''m suspicious but reserving judgement until its examined and pics are posted.

Can you post pictures of the stone?

Another vendor has the diamond and as soon as whiteflash can get pics and a sarin report for me I''ll post them. I''m new to the online diamond buying experience. There is a B&M store near where I live. Can they get some of the same diamonds I see online? I''d really like to see the stones in real life.

Sounds like the stone you are looking isn''t owned. In that case the B&M store might be able to get it in on memo for you. My guess would be a lot of the stones you find on internet sites aren''t owned, that''s why you find the same stone on multiple sites. So they are up for grabs by other online vendors and B&M alike. Ask the B&M, and maybe they will even be agressive on prices. Sometimes all you have to do is ask :)
