Just bought a pretty little Mali garnet from Finewater Gems. It is so sparkly witg so many different shades of yellow and green in different lighting. DK is working on a CAD for a pendant. B99E85A5-4B47-4ABE-87A5-973E2F466194.png 0CF512CE-6269-451F-83CF-A64E65F2C4E8.jpeg

I love this band! The colors of the asschers are like sunshine. I love light yellow and fancy colored diamonds. It is a perfect band for wearing when my more delicate prong pieces is a bad idea and still offers coverage all the way across my finger. It is a size 7 and 2.5 carats of VS light yellow asschers. Set in 18k Yellow Gold. I will take more photos tomorrow after I sleep off the horse show :).

I’ve been wanting a pair of bigger diamond earrings for a while. I fell in love with the more rustic look of these old mine cuts. They’re Georgian era and in the original collet setting. Estimated ~2.45 ctw, K/L, VS1/VS2.

I’m still trying to decide if I want studs or dormeuse, but I’m about 80% set on studs. I think they’ll work well with my aesthetic which can be described as biker jacket with an Hermes scarf!

Can I ask here what you all think about a setting I have been considering for a reset? It's by Steven Kirsch, called Francesca. Here are some pictures that I took from his website (not mine):

Bought this little detailed band. I love it, it's so intricate! Sadly, it's just too small for my sausage! I'm looking to exchange first; but, if that doesn't work out, I'll probably get the right size and offer this band up on LT.

Oh it’s gorgeous, what a shame it doesn’t fit. Could you share the vendor?

I really love this band! I've been looking for a while for something like this. It is a 6 and 14k.
My fingers just swell too much for their own good! :x2

Thanks for the link, it’s really lovely. Re swelling - I know the feeling! I’ve sized up by 3/4 size for some new bands I just hope it will be enough to account for summer! Fingers crossed you can exchange!

Hi all - I am inching closer to picking this setting for my re-set, but I have a few concerns and wondering if anyone can chime in with your opinion.

Does anyone have any opinions on whether diamond designs between the prongs will block the light flow? Also, is this too "design-y" for everyday wear? And finally, should I ask to re-orient the prongs so they are at 12 and 6 o'clock (I saw another thread about this just the other day). Thanks so much for your thoughts!!

I think the design is beautiful and I shouldn't think that the prongs would effect the light flow as the design is essentially very open. I don't feel that it looks too 'design-y' for everyday wear, on the contrary, the design looks very practical/functional whilst still looking really beautiful.

If I were you I would post in Rocky Talk as you'll probably get more responses to your questions there. It really is a beautiful ring =)2

Hi everyone!! I want to show off my first ever pink diamond piece, this cuff ring/modern moi et toi from Dolly (xothebijoubox on IG)!

I love that it’s not so dainty that it disappears on my hand but not so large that it overpowers my engagement ring if wearing on my left hand!
