Yet another BB amethyst

Seems like everyone is posting amethysts from Barry! Here is the amethyst I had him cut for me a couple weeks ago. It''s 10mm and 4.49ct. I hope to have this set as a pendant by Caleb Meyer.

Wow, what a nice photo spread!! Very pretty!!

It''s very pretty looking but I wonder if it might be too dark for a bezel. Can you cup you hand around the pavilion to see how dark it might get? On the other hand, the Meyers do excellent bezel work and allow maximum light exposure so it might be all right.

I love this pendant setting by Phillip Schmidt. It''s my absolute favourite.

Lovely lovely stone. I really like the second setting you showed. Looks like double prongs to me! But the first setting is nice too. Either one would be pretty.
