Last time I went through airport security, I had 4 watches in my carry on, in addition to the one on my wrist. GF had a bunch of jewelry in hers as well. No issues. Not suspicious.

Getting the ring all the way to Vieques off the coast of Puerto Rico was way more stressful than asking.

After she said she asked me "So I was within a few weeks of the ring all along". I laughed. Gotta love those hidden back pack pockets!!!
