Wrong video or IF diamond with big surface blemishes?

I was looking at this video for an IF clarity stone and there seems to be a rather large scratch on the surface.

Is this the wrong video for the stone? Or can you have an IF stone with no blemishes internally, but having blemishes on the surface? Technically this might be “Internally Flawless” but surely it wouldn’t get this grade?

I was under the impression that IF means that there are only very minor issues on the surface (such as polish) that might not even be visible up to 10x magnification (but visible when zoomed in further, thereby not making it flawless). Is this correct?

Here’s the link to the stone: https://www.adiamor.com/Diamonds/0.18-ct-F-IF-Excellent-Cut-Round-Diamond/D44977001?rfr=search

This makes me think...how sure are we that the video they put up is actually of the stone? Surely there must be errors when inventories are huge.

Yes, IF diamonds contain no inclusions but can have a small blemish seen under magnification per GIA

I believe that IF allows for surface blemishs...

But surely not a scratch like the one in the image? There also appears to be some pinpoints or other issues (from memory).

Ok so an update: it’s the wrong video :/ they said they have contacted their supplier for the correct video. It doesn’t really give me faith that they have other stones correctly allocated then.
