I'd pick stone #1 because it's a VS2 and I'd rather have a higher clarity. The extra .22 in that size of a diamond wouldn't make enough of a size increase (IMO) to go down to an SI2... but size isn't important to me!

I am a size wh*** but I prefer the VS2 as well. The inclusions on the Si2 stone would bother me.

I would also go with #1. Its $1K less, the clarity is better (what I'd prefer vs the SI) and over all at that size, I don't think the mm difference would be overtly noticable as say going from a 7mm to an 8mm would be.
