I don't think your diamond is yellow.
But as you said before... Finns are still rather uneducated when it comes to diamonds. Many times when diamond not hard white it's yellow to people as they don't know how else to describe it. The concept of cut as the most important factor in diamonds performance is still pretty much unheard of in here so people just aim for the "best" diamonds which in their minds means the highest colour and clarity possible.
I do think that times are changing here. I'm in the "marrying age" (24) and at least in my social group (young, university educated) larger diamonds and nice jewelry is becoming more and more popular.
They just need to be educated!
