Would anywhere upgrade a pair of studs that was not purchased from them?

I am thinking of upgrading my diamond studs but I wasn’t informed enough at time of purchase to get from a place that accepts upgrades

Ugh I purchased these so recently but the color is bothering me more than I thought it would. I am more color sensitive than I would like to be (these are H, gia triple x , scored excellent on Holloway)

They are good quality though so I’m hoping.

Anyone know? Or will I have to sell them?

You can try the Pre-loved forum. You'll probably take a loss on them but it may be worth it to you?


I think some vendors will try to get offers for you if you agree to purchase their stones. Again, you'll take a loss.
I believe it was HPD that did that for a few people.

Thanks! So I just asked. They said they would allow me to trade up but as value of 70 percent of what I paid. So would be a 30 percent loss...

Hoping I can do better than that, but good to know this is technically an option if I need to go there

Yes! Many people (including me) often post on the pre loved page that they are looking to buy studs. I love to know if you decide to sell!
