Will this anniversary band setting trap dirt?

I think the ACA diamonds sound great but would prefer an open, trellis type, setting, so I could clean it better. How does the dirt get out if it gets in down the side of the stone?

I would think (experts chime in) that the back is open behind the stones.

Thanks Shay. Great point. I do hope it is open on the bottom. I''ll write the vendor on this also. Still I''d love the ACAs in a pretty trellis.

Anniversary bands (about 1ctw, probably) are ok in the ultrasound, right?

All the bands that I have seen like this have had openings under the stones.
