Why doesn''t USACerted respond?

I've used the online form on USACerted to learn more information many times, but they've never contacted me back. I checked my SPAM and Trash folders, and I still don't see anything from them. Is this a regular occurrence?

I live in a different timezone, so I don't want to call anyone yet unless I've already corresponded with them.

I had the same experience. I thought maybe they''d dropped off of PS, but they are still listed in the vendors here. I used the online contact feature to ask about one or two specific diamonds and got no response from them. I didn''t try calling. Maybe they think all serious customers call. Lots of businesses are running with reduced staffing nowadays.
