Who's recommended to set my stone in Orange County, CA?

I have a stone that I need to have set into my e-setting.

Does anyone have someone to recommend to set my stone around Orange County, CA?

My local jeweler won't do it...

I found a place in OC on Yelp that's highly recommended there, but they charge around $135 to set the stone. Isn't that expensive?

$135 seems more than fair. It really depends on the ring though.

It's a four prong diamond halo. The stone is 9mm x 7mm x 4mm.

The setting is being made specifically for the stone.
