Who to set a sapphire in a three stone

I have a lovely blue sapphire oval. I would like to set it in a platinum three stone with trillion side stones.

What vendor would you work with to both source the side stones and create the ring for you?
I am local to Denver so I would consider a B&M around here as well.

Did you post this in colored stones? I think you might get more responses there with so many people having their colored stones set.
