So after a seemingly endless wait my mahenge garnet ring is done! I have found a local stone setter, who did a really nice job, even for a good price.

I just snapped a few pictures in our living room:


You can guess I have a daughter, and she loves Minnie Mouse!

That ring is so gorgeous!!! Especially with that nail colour!!

Thank you, I’m satisfied with it. The setting is really nicely done, the stone has a very nice color. The size is still not adjusted, so I can wear it only on my left hand, but it’s no problem for me.

Yes, I would order definitely! Just take care with sizing. Usually I wear size 5, and I ordered it in size 5, and it’s a bit snug. I should have ordered it in 5.25.

Love your ring, @dkata! I wear a size 5,25, so it's good to see how that Ivy&Rose design looks on a smaller hand The proportions look perfect to me, too, not too plain or too blingy (by my standards). That Mahenge garnet is such pretty peachy-pink color

Yes, I love the rose gold! Ivy and Rose shows most of their settings in white gold and it makes it seem like other colors aren’t an option. I love the romance of pairing rose gold with purple sapphire!

Yes, I love the rose gold! Ivy and Rose shows most of their settings in white gold and it makes it seem like other colors aren’t an option. I love the romance of pairing rose gold with purple sapphire!

I guess it does seem that way, but the offer each setting in either white, yellow. or rose gold for same price. I have for most of my settings are from them and I figured that out early on which was nice

@dkata I love your finished ring. The faceting on your gem is so lovely and the halo provides a great contrast.
The ring in my avatar is a custom from Ivy and Rose. I wear a size 6 in my James Allen rings and a 6.5 in my designer branded pieces. I ordered a 6.5 to be safe and I need to have it sized down or wear it on my right hand.
