Over the summer I had Whiteflash made me a five stone ring.

About a week ago I noticed one of the stones was loose, took out the loupe and noticed that a prong was no longer covering the stone.

I had posted here asking if I should take it to a local jeweler or send it back to Whiteflash. Was told to (including by Lelsey from WF) to send it back.

On Tuesday the 29th the ring was shipped back.
On Wednesday the 30th I received an email saying that you received the ring. Was very happy to see as I''ve heard horror stories about lost packages.

Today I received another email saying the prong would be fixed at no cost to me. WOW, totally didn''t expect that.

So a big thank you to WhiteFlash for all your prompt responses and courtesy as well as the free repair work.

Will continue to recommend your company to friends/colleagues but now, not only will I say your stones are gorgeous, your customer service is excellent as well.

I agree - Whiteflash are totally awesome! I am in the processing of having my ering made by them. I am in Australia so yesterday afternoon I spent ages on the phone to Lesley and Brian sorting out tiny details of my setting to make it absolutely perfect. Mind you it was nearly midnight in the US and they didn''t have a problem spending time with me figuring out my band etc. I cann''t believe the INCREDIBLE customer service I have received, I am totally blown away. I feel a little ridiculous as it''s just a simple solitaire setting, but I wanted a thinner, rounder band etc, and they have done everything they possibly can to make it exactly right. I can''t recommend them enough - especially for someone like me who is purchasing sight unseen. They are fantastic!

Great story. Thats good news since today I received my diamond from them today. Good to know that they take great care of their customers.

Ditto...I LOVE Whiteflash for their diamonds, custom settings AND their amazing customer service!

i''m dealing with a prong issue with WF right now, they are more than willing to discuss my issue, they called me about it, but i didn''t not get the message untill very late this evening, so i will speak with them tomorrow. i''m sure it will be delt with, but i hate thinking i have to send my bracelet back and be without it!
 
That''s great news! As soon as I can afford a nice pair of diamond studs, I will be on the phone to WF!
