A while back I bought a secondhand Eightstar diamond in a Vatche setting from JbEG. I wore it over here for a few months before somehow breaking a prong. I posted about it here. Repairing Platinum Prongs
I contacted Vera at WF to see if they could help and she said they could send it to Vatche on my behalf, so I sent the ring to them. The sent it to Vatche, who refuse to work on it, since a third party had set the stone. Back to WF it went. Then Vera told me not to worry, that their bench would redo the prongs for me and the price was pretty reasonable for all 6 prongs. They didn't have to touch this ring since they sold neither the diamond nor the setting, but they did and I really appreciate them. They did a great job too, the new prongs look solid. In another life I might have asked them to polish them down a hair to look more delicate, but I'm just too hard on my rings and need strong prongs.
Another nice thing about having WF fix the ring is I got some great pics from Becca. Here's the pics they sent me...
