Which would you pick?

so i have two stones that i'm considering: a 2.25 RBC H, VS2, 1.8 HCA, and a 2.4 RBC H, VS2, 1.8 HCA.

here are the certs:

the cost difference is about $1300 before negotiating.

i've seen both in person, both are eye clean, and both came highly recommended. i like both stones very much, but am a little concerned about the inclusions in the 2.4. should i be?

anything else you guys see that i should be worried about?

If you didn't see them (inclusions) with your own eyes and you were happy with it, there's not much to be concerned about. Which one spoke to you more?

well, they're both basically the same diamond with the same specs. the only differences are the inclusions, the size and the price.

what would you rather have? a slightly smaller diamond with less inclusions (knowing that you have a technocally better stone) or a slightly larger diamond (knowing that there are inclusions, but you'd never see them)?

i just want to get her the perfect diamond, since we'll be living with it for the rest of our lives.

Id prefer knowing I had a better stone than a larger one, but I am probably in the minority there.
