Which vendor to set sphene?

Can anyone recommend a particular vendor who can create a custom pendant setting and set my sphene? Whiteflash, David Klass, and Quest come to mind, but I've not done any custom work with them... I'm not looking to spend a ton, as it's not an expensive stone, but I can't trust any of my local setters to set such a soft stone!

I know there are some lovely sphene pieces here, so I hope someone has a good rec.
