I really like these two settings! (Still haven''t found the perfect setting yet.. eep).

Which one is prettier, and can you show me more pictures/ tell me more information about the two? Like who are the designers, where I could get them for less (if possible), what would you change about them?

These are so pretty!!!!

Am setting my .91 regent cut diamond into the center.

I like the first one much better.

I like the first one as well - it looks much more delicate!

I like #2.

You also might want to check out Pearlmans website. they are Pricescope vendors and have a huge selection of designer settings with very competitive pricing.

I like the first one. Very dainty.

ditto!

I find the first one very elegant.

I like the style of no. 1 for a Regent cut. For "inspiration pix" you should check out Pearlman''s or maybe the Michael C Fina website. They have lots of photos. It looks a bit like a Ritani or a Michael B to me...maybe you can browse around on designers'' websites to see more designs.

I like style no. 2 for a round/oval more.

Definitely the first style. It will make your 1 ct look huge, and looks more modern in design.

I like the first one just a little bit more.

Love the first one. On the second setting, I find the varying sizes of the sidestones distracting and think they might take away from the center stone. The first one is so elegant and understated, but still covered in sparkle.

ETA - Ditto kimikocat's advice - it reminds me of a Ritani or a Michael B ring as well. The price seems a little high for white gold. Pearlman's has an extensive selection of settings and their prices will be more reasonable than Solomon Bros.

Another vote for the first one.

(great job on the band and I LOVE your set!)

Thank you for all your advice and opinions!!! I see most of you like the first one, so I guess I will go with that! =) ... for now! haha.

I do love both styles a lot! I love side pears (went through the whole pear thread) and I love the pave on the basket.... the choice is so difficult! I will check out pearlman's!

Does anyone have any pictures/ more info to share? =) I'm pretty much clueless!

*edit*

I found this one at Pearlman's, is it the same?

wow.. expensive...

I like #1 better.....

I like the pearlman''s ring the best.

Out of all the rings you posted I like the Ritani the best. If you were interested in the two from Solomon Bros. and wanted more info, you could definitely contact them. My husband''s wedding band is from Solomon Bros. and they were great to deal with.

"The price seems a little high for white gold."

Agreed. That Ritani in platinum is $2500 I think.

Out of all of them, I really like the Ritani the best

the first one. Very dainty -- and I like the pave on the prongs and bridge.

I am going to say the 1st one. It''s a classic look.

I like the first one the best!

Still like the 1st solomons but also like the 1st pealmans you posted ( although there isn''t much difference considering the price differences)
The ritani pearlmans (third in my ranking) looks like it would have a lower profile, so might be more practical for someone who works with their hands but loves all the sparkle.

Love the first one. I have been dealing with Susan Dair at Solomon Bros. and she is super nice.

#1 or the first Pearlmans.

the first one but the price seems high for white gold.
