Hey been going engagement ring shopping here in Tokyo. Been to several diamond shops, but these two I am able to see the arrows with my naked eye. There is a third diamond that I was interested in, it has really good fire and scinitilation, but I wasn't able to snag the GIA cert picture.

I can't seem to get the GIA report from the website as the captcha seems to be broken and all they had was this small image, but I was able to check the HCA score on the 1.2 Ct and it scored a 1.4 I also checked this other site called stonealgo and this was what it rated these diamonds.

I have asked every diamond shop I have been to about 20 if they had an ideal or aset scope and none of them knew what I was talking about. I am trying to order one from the US before I buy a diamond because I am look to spend anywhere from 10-20k on the ring.

Any advice on how I could spot a super ideal diamond with limited tools here? Japan is really all about just the H&A scope and very little otherwise only one shop had a microscope.

We aren’t able to view the angles on the 1.0 ct. stone.

We ship ideal-scopes and ASET to Japan from Australia, not USA.
During Covid we have been forced to use FEDEX so its rather expensive.

Yeah sorry about that I can't seem to get the report from the GIA website and they only had this small one at the store.

Ideal-scopes are $25 and $65. ASET is $50, I think Japan shipping is about $70?

Thanks! What's the difference between the $25 and $65 ideal scope? Also, is that USD or AUD?

US$ plastic single lens. Optical glass duplex (no need for triplet as that is for chromatic distortion and this is a monochromatic tool.)

How can I buy an ASET from you?

then perhaps, consider getting to a computer so that you may access the link

Thanks for the advice, I have several. What I meant was that on a mobile device it appears that I can see signatures and could not see the links in his signature. Thank you for posting the links.

the whole i did not know you are based out of Australia!!! :-o

Yup, born and bread - have the ticket on the mantlepiece from 1853 (I am pretty old, but not that old hahahah)
