The third dress is my favorite of them all, however the first Mori Lee makes your waist look sooooo tiny! The last one is good too, but my least favorite of the last three you've posted. The first dress IMO is much better than the 2nd. That one does nothing for your figure to me.

Good luck deciding! You really have a lovely hourglass figure :)

OMG!! :-o :-o :-o I don't see that.

That Mori Lee does make my waist look tiny. The fifth dress (the Jasmine) has a similar affect when it's in my size.

I wonder if the skirt of the 3rd one just doesn't flare out enough? I think maybe it's so straight that it makes me feel like I look huge.

We have a tendency to not see the good in ourselves. Not trying to put you down at all, just saying something that I know is true for me. I used to be significantly overweight and even at a good weight for my height, all I do is see the bad.

You have a curvy figure so embrace it!!! I'd love to see the Jasmine in your size. The good thing about the Mori Lee though is that it does have the corset type back. I much prefer those in strapless since I feel like I get a more customized fit than even a well tailored dress. I hope that makes sense.

But truly you have a great figure and a tiny looking waist. Do everything you can to show it off and I bet your DF will just melt looking at you going down the aisle!

I think #3 looks great on you! Plus, you obviously love it, which is the most important thing. The first Mori Lee you posted is my other favorite. It really accentuates your small waist!

I only posted one Mori Lee - so not sure what the "first mori lee" means? Some people not on PS are telling me they like #3 the best as well. I'm shocked by that. I will go try it on again in a couple weeks.

Oh whoops, I read too quickly and thought the Mori Lee and Jasmine were both Mori Lee. I like the Mori Lee is what I meant.

I do not like the first one, like someone else said, too much going on.

I think the 3rd dress looks like best on you.

However I think I would suggest to go back for another try. I think you can find something else that is just so much more WOW on you than these two....

The Mori Lee and the Casablanca are both really flattering on you and your lovely hourglass figure! I'm partial to the Casablanca though, I love the delicate lace and embroidery of the fabric (of course, that's probably because I wore a Casablanca)

Still like #3 and also really like the Mori Lee dress...as the other ladies have said, it does great things for your waist and accentuates your shape.

Wow, this is difficult. I would loooove the first dress if it had a scoop or sweetheart neckline and a simpler bodice. All of the beading on top competes with the ruffles. That being said, I think it looks great on you. I'm not a fan of the second dress. I agree with everyone else, I think you should try the third one on again. It looks very pretty on you, and it's probably my favorite of the ones posted.

Of the dresses #3 is my favorite dress. Just the dress as it stands by itself. I love the sparkle, the scalloped hemline, all the fancy appliques (sp?).

#1 is the most unique. I was looking for unique. But I'm not sure I LUV it on me.

#2 is a decent mix of the prettiness of #3 and the fancy hemline.

#4 looks really good on me, but the skirt and train are more boring than I want.

#5 looks good in my size. The skirt comes away from my body at a good point, but yet the skirt actually flares lower, which looks cool. I love the scalloped sweetheart neckline.

#3 is the only dress that I felt WOW in. . . while I had it on. I will definitly go back, though maybe not till next month. There's a casablanca trunk show at the end of the month. I'd like to try this one on relatively close to that. If they don't have this at the trunk show, I want it to be fresh in my mind.

If push came to shove and I was forced to order today without trying #3 on again, I honestly think I'd go with #5 . . . even though deep down I want #3.

The Mori Lee dress strikes me as the best option out of what you've posted. I really love the placement of the details and neckline.

I definitely like #3 and the Mori Lee the best! The Mori Lee does accentuate your waist, but I like the overall look of #3. And feeling "wow" is a plus!

Hi hoofbeats the 2nd dress is really magical looking. So fairytale elegant and sophisticated looking on you. The first one is fun, but has more of a rock and roll party wedding vibe to it. So it depends what you are going for.

The Mori Lee is the one I would go for of the one listed. I prefer the 3rd over all of them IF it were altered and fitted. But I am not sure it will tailor well.

I would keep looking though. IF I can suggest a couple?

http://www.theknot.com/wedding-dress/al ... ar&keep=-1 I think this style would be incredibly flattering. I have a very curvy figure and this one flatters and hides a lot of my flaws.

http://www.theknot.com/wedding-dress/al ... ar&keep=-1 This is just tailored and elegant and would really emphasis your waist and make a sleek impression.

http://www.theknot.com/wedding-dress/al ... ar&keep=-1 This has the frilly flouncy look of the first dress, but is very slim through the waist, and the frills are more contained. Love the details on this gown.

http://www.theknot.com/wedding-dress/al ... ar&keep=-1 I think this one would surprise you. I think it's just so romantic and graceful.

A few Maggies as well.

This one could go either way. One the one hand, the simplicity is just lovely, and the scrunch in the front is very forgiving, on the other hand those flowers may make anyone with a decent chest look like it is about to conquer the world... if it were me, I'd try it on though, you never know. http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=J1371

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3433 Similar to above but this one is more traditional if it works would be a knock out with your tiny waist.

This one's cut is kinda similar to mine so it might be worth trying on for you. http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3428 Personally the sheer amount of beaded lace would be a deal-killer for me (my dress had lace but no beading), but again... if the silhouette works for you we can find one with more pleasing details.

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=J1367 WIth just a plain ribbon around the waist this one could be IT. It's very lovely.

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3391 This old hollywood glamour style is REALLY suited to women with curvy figures. I have an evening gown in this style and it is just a knock out and I look 40 pounds lighter in it (with heels). If you haven't given this style a shot, DO.

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=S5279 Similar to the last but a little less dramatic. Try it on... come on, your only a bride for such a short time... enjoy it!

http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=A3406 So beautiful, and with that corset back it should fit like a charm.

Maggies are great because if you can find a dealer that carries the upper sizes those corset backs are a godsend to help you find the silhouette that suits you.

I can't wait to see what you try on next!

I tried the first one on the very first day I went dress shopping! It was a fav! But I want more bling. I also don't want anything split. I just don't like that and I don't want that layer blowing in outdoor pics. :) I'm SO picky!

Here's the thing - I have went to almost every store in my local area. Each store doesn't have that many dresses in my size for me to try. I can't order one without trying it on. So I have one more store that is 2 hours away to go try. Other than that, I'm done. I'm exhausted and I get overwhelmed with each dress that I add to the mix.

I can't find any stores with Maggie's in my size. ANY Maggie - not a single one. The first one - will make me look pregnant. I tried on similar ones at David's. I do NOT have a tiny waist. That Mori Lee is an optical illusion!

I really think trumpet is not my style. The Casa is as close as I will go to something hugging my hips like that.

The geneva is pretty! Maybe a bit to floral for me. But again how ever would I find it?

Thanks for taking the time to make some suggestions. I had about 5 Maggie's bookmarked. None that matched your ironically! :) I went to one store that had Maggie's and only a few in like a 10. Bummer :( I think in two weeks we are going to that last store. I will keep ya all posted.

I've been thinking of all the ones I posted and right now I'm chosing #5. The Jasmine. If I had to order today that's what I'd get. *shrug*

well...then it is pretty simple...if 3 is the only one you felt WOW in...then...that's the choice! I think it looks great on you, in the first pic you mentioned you didn't have a slip on so I think that could make you feel more confident in it. I love how it looks from the back and I love the train! also love how sparkly it is :) :) :)

i also like 5 though...you look great in that one too :) but you gotta feel WOW. if you want maybe you can add a small layer of crinoline or tulle to the bottom of 3, although i think in the right size/with the slip it will look great :)

I do think you should go to the other store. As for Maggies... I was able to try on 12s in Maggies and I'm no where NEAR a 12 bridal. As long as they don't trumpet I was able to get into them and see what they looked like.

I get wanting bling. And details. I wanted lace. But I did try on a TON of gowns without lace anyway. Those "hollywood glamour" styles were knockouts on. I really would encourage you to take a lot of chances on gowns with finishes that don't initially fit your desires. You might be surprised.

Don't get discouraged, the right dress is out there. It's just going to take a little while.

If it makes you feel better I was a 6 dress bride and went shopping in NY, NJ, MD, DC, VA, TX and CA before I figured out what I wanted and what made me feel just right. I probably tried on 300 dresses. It's hard being curvy!

Of the dresses you posted, I find the Mori Lee is the most flattering on you. That being said, I think you have a lovely figure, and I think you might be able to do a better in terms of dresses. I suggest more shopping. (and post some pictures if you do!)

The Mori Lee looks great in the front, but I need to see the back; the reflection with it clipped isn't looking so swell, but the back of the Casa looks really elegant and slimming.

Thanks for all the responses. I do want to say that I've tried on dresses in ALL styles but trumpet I believe. These are just the ones that I like the best. :) I'm VERY open to trying anything on. :)

I just think that the very first one looks beautiful on your body, as if it were made SPECIFICALLY for your body. Plus, I just think its beautiful.
