Without knowing more details about the cut--for instance, if the smaller-facing is a super ideal--I would definitely choose the 4.6+ mm diamond. It is such a larger-facing diamond, so there is a lot of value in the extra size for two excellently cut stones.

Sometimes diamonds that both have Ex/Ex for polish and symmetry can be much different in brightness. One is sometimes clearly more brilliant and beautiful. If these stones are about the same cut, go for the larger looking one.
