Which diamond should I go with?

Diamond 1 AGS # 104069951044

Diamond 2 GIA # 5166793749

Diamond 2 is 700.00 more and although it's GIA the specs fall within whiteflash A cut above requirements except for the star which is 45. Is the star of 45 something to be concerned with? The star is the only thing out of line otherwise this diamond would be A cut above just like diamond 1. My other small concern is that diamond 2 is j color. I already have diamond 1 and it's color H and looks great so I think a GIA J color would probably be fine. The main reason I think diamond 2 may be better is that's is 1.17 carat and diamond 2 is .89. This would give me a substantially bigger stone. So would j color be okay and would the star being 45 be okay? Thank you guys
