Where to go for a 2.5 - 3 ct loose round lab diamond?

Hello! I am freshly fascinated by LGDs, but I'm overwhelmed by the number of vendors (as well as variation in price). I would like an extremely well-cut stone with lots of sparkle. What vendor(s) would you recommend?

In addition to the carat and cut, I would like DEF color, no fluorescence, and at least VVS2 clarity I am not super concerned about budget, but I want to pay the right price.

To add on more, why are places like Ruby Harper so much cheaper than White Flash for example? I would really like something high-quality, but I would love help to figure that out
