Where to get Idealscope/Sarin/ASET in Manhattan?

While I am in the return window for an internet diamond, I would like to view it in an idealscope, get a Sarin report, etc. Where can I find an idealscope, or have a Sarin or ASET test run? Do appraisers have these tools available? Maybe someone in the diamond district?

Alternatively you could order an Idealscope or ASET scope from this link. They are straightforward to use and to interpret with a little study.
