Where to find Tacori style closer to cracker jack price?

This sight, and the site which shall not be named helped me tremedously about seven years ago when I was purchasing my wifes ring.

Now it is my little brothers turn. He knows that his GF likes the Tacori style, I think it is called filligree but am not certain. Are there newer less popular/expensive designers of this style ring?

If it's the antique style then I'd suggest Beverley K. Not exactly like Tacori but very well made rings for the price point which is much lower than Tacori.
