where else can I find this setting?

My gf (soon to be fiance) really likes this setting http://www.brilliantearth.com/Art-Deco-Filigree-Diamond-Ring-(1/4-ct.tw.)-Platinum-BE139-469/ but they only sell the setting and center stone as a package. Anyone know where else I can find this setting or something similiar?

What she liked about it is that the center stone is more flush with the ring not to mention the details on the side.

That is certainly pretty...graduated side stones with filigree. I can't think of anything similar (but if you are just interested in graduated side stones, I can think of a few). You could look into getting it custom made by a PS vendor.
