Where do you find expensive & rare rough diamond buyer?

My impression is this profession is very discrete and secretive for security and competitive reasons.

I'd guess rough diamond buyers who walk around with a million bucks under their suits are the least likely on the planet to post their contact information on an internet forum.

I'd guess these folks are the least likely on the planet to post their contact information on an internet forum.

Not to mention getting a free trip to Cuba if you mess up and buy them without the right paperwork.
There are channels for buying and selling rough and these days anyone going outside those channels is an idiot looking to get taken and or jailed or to get a bullet in the head.
