Where can I find similar Cathedral Mico-pave Ring?

I really love the look of this micropave ring in an elevated cathedral style setting? Does anyone know WHO or WHERE this person may have gotten the ring? I have seen many micropaves (some in a tapered cathedral style like from BlueNile) but I have not seen one that looks like this. Thank you! Please HELP!!

Thank you centralsquare! I have looked on bluenile, james allen, brian gavin, whiteflash and have seen similar styles yet not exactly like the cathedral setting on the pictures above (which is what I love about the ring). Thank you for the replies though!

My best guess that it is a Stuller semi mount with a peg head. I'd look through Stuller.com. Any jeweler can get it for you.
