Yay, Zoe! I know you are a teacher, but I think it probably depends on how casual the school is. I definitely wouldn't be able to wear them to the office (though I wish I could, comfy!) I forget how Starfish got it's name, but they now have a whole collection, so there are long jackets, tops, etc. I have a jacket from last year and it is equally comfy. They always have great sales (like 30% off and free shipping) so I feel like it's quality clothing, that fits well at decent prices. It's not name brand trendy, but that's totally ok by me!

I love LE, LLB, and similar stores/catalogs. I'm not into brand name trendy things either. I'm all for dressing nicely but I guess my "look" is casual and comfy. Khakis, black pants, jeans on Fridays, light sweaters, and solid tops are what I live in at work. I'd fall right over if I ever tried to wear heels, and I'd feel uncomfortable in dresses and skirts. I'll have to go to Sears this weekend and look for the starfish pants. I have a feeling they'll be too casual for work but I can always just wear them at home. Thanks for the recommendation!

My husband and I always have a sly laugh when we're in public and see young girls tripping around in leggings in lieu of pants (with short tops, everything crystal clear). "Oh my goodness, I think she forgot her pants this morning. Where are her pants?"

I'll cop to this too! "Should we say something? Maybe she doesn't realise..."

I LOVE to wear leggings! I wear them constantly - running errands, to the movies, while traveling, around the house! I would never wear them to a special occasion, family event etc etc. I love to be comfortable. I think a pair of leggings, sneakers and a longer shirt/jumper at the grocery store is pretty standard fare!

Yup. I also noticed that leggings are really popular with college kids too.
I remember watching some TV show on style (I think it's What not to wear or something similar!) and the stylists said when wearing leggings, remember it is not supposed to be pants and to always wear a top that's long enough to cover your butt because you don't want too much to be revealed!!! I find it so true, except I seem to see more people just wearing it like as if it were pants/jeans.
