The reason why you have not heard back from them, and most likely not have heard back from many other vendors, is because most of them were/are in Tuscon at one of the largest gem and jewelry trade shows of the year. Even small time B&M jewelers are there. Harriet was actually at the trade show, so she spoke to them in person. I believe that the whole thing is over today and most folks are just getting back, so try emailing again or just call them because I am sure that they have a lot of stuff that they will be catching up on. good luck!
