An update:

DH being the sweetie he is has agreed to go back to Buffalo for a final look at the 3c asscher ring before it goes back to CA. He has emphasized that this will be the last time he will travel all that way to ''look at a small piece of old carbon''. He has such a way with words. LOL

We''ll probably be going either tomorrow or at the beginning of next week. This time I hope there won''t be as many people looking over my shoulder. I''m also looking forward to taking more pics while we''re there.

Yep, I''m excited but also a bit nervous as this will be a lot of $$$ if I decide to buy it.

As a side-note, I just noticed that both Pearlman''s and DBOF are no longer advertising the Daniel K line

Yay, so glad you''re going to take another look.

I don''t know about DBOF but Pearlman''s did recently drop the DK line. You can still purchase the DK loose stones through them though..

HI Isabel:

Hope your journey is a good one! Remember, that if this ring is really "not the one" that you will, eventually, find something that is--look at my story; found my dream ring when I gave up the hunt and when it was least expected. If it is meant to be, then it will (and look at what Leon can do should you want to "reset!! hhheeehhhee). Safe travels!

cheers--Sharon
