What''s IT Worth???

I have a beautiful diamond that I am interested in selling. I am not sure about it''s current worth in the selling market. Can anyone give me some advise on probable current market value and the "how to" in regard to selling such diamond? I certainly appreciate any and all replies.

Hi Starfreedom and welcome

I just did a search in the above tool Pricescope your Diamonds. Using the info given it seems that similar diamonds are selling for around $2- $2,500 dollars, give it a try. What is the cut quality? Whether you would get this amount resale I wouldn't like to advise, but some vendors can sell diamonds on consignment although this might take a while. I think Dirt Cheap Diamonds might do this, check their website. There aren't too many people out there now online, but maybe later you might get some more expert views on what you are likely to get for it. Hope this helps and good luck with your sale. Also use the search tool type selling a diamond there are lots of threads on the subject, just glancing through it seems that many people are lucky to get 50% resale, less if selling to a jeweller. Check these threads and you will find tons of info you need.
