Another view of the purple bourganvillea below the swimming pool and terrace.......
ETA: The oleander, bourganvillea, hibiscus are growing outdoor all year round - It doesn't get too cold here in winter around 10-15 deg. C and thats only in Jan & Feb.

The view from our pool and terrace (please ignore the rope and disk! We are having so much problem with the sea gulls landing on the pool, dropping all kinds of garbage into the pool. The moving disks are acting like a scarescrow when we are not around). We are about 300m below sea level.....

This a mystery asian veggie flower. I had all the intention of labeling when I planted the seed but forgot..

Thats a zucchini plant, a variety of squash having an elongated shape and a smooth, thin, dark green rind. Pretty tasty in italian cuisine!
Surely you must mean courgette????
Thats the name I know of this plant. Just google in wikipedia, it says zucchini is N American and courgette is British.

Did you say you were just packing up to leave? Well book me in. That pool looks heavenly! I could be your pool scarecrow!
Lovely, lovely pictures.

So where do you de-camp to? And do you have a garden there as well?

I went to my local nursery today and took my camera with me. I thought I would post some of the beautiful flowers and plants that I saw. The color was amazing. Unfortunately I don''t know the names of most of these plants.

This plant is called a swamp hibiscus. Very tall, leggy plant with a huge flower.

Dark pink oleander. I went to this nursery to get a oleander and a bouganvila but got none of them. Not too many to choose from.
