I''m making beef stew tonight- but I''ve never made it before. Plus I''m a little short on ingredients, and this is kind of a "throw it in and go" process. So it''ll either be fantastic or truly awful
Stew came out really well, actually! Though it was very heavily seasoned - I tend to overcompensate on seasoning. The stew meat was really tender though, and it thickened nicely (maybe a little too much, since I was worried that it didn''t look like it was thickening, and added a bit too much flour)
