What to do with an extra .23ct diamond?

I have an extra .23ct diamond from when I had my eternity ring made. It is a D vvs1 ideal cut. I am looking for ideas on what to make with it. So many nice things here in PS, I figured you would all have ideas!

High color and clarity--begs for a ring. Find two superb rubies, sapphires or emeralds and make a three stone ring for your right hand or third finger either hand.

Wow lots of ideas! I have no DH so no need to consider that....
You guys are good!
I will look at some pics and think about it. I have had this stone for over 4 years just sitting around, so I should make use of it!

I'd get a mate for it to use as sidestones in a ring with a colored stone in the middle. I think all of these ideas are good, though! I'd probably get two more for the bezel bracelet, though!
