I'd put it in a safe deposit box and wait ... perhaps a long time.
Hopefully I'd eventually gain enough weight (most of us do) to be able to wear it, unmolested.

Hi! I decided to have my wedding band remade by David Klass! I also added more diamonds to make it an eternity band! I’m IN LOVE with it and so glad I made this choice! I’d love to have a similar bezel bracelet made one day with slightly bigger diamonds!
