...when buying a piece of antique jewelry online?
The piece I''m looking at is purported to be from the Victorian period, made of 14k gold and set with emeralds and rose-cut diamonds. It''s stamped 14k but no mention of any other marks in the description (or pictures). There''s no mention of (or any guess at) the origin, the date of the piece or the size of the stones, so I figured I would ask about those at least. What else do I need to know?
