Thinking the same. Possibly black onyx, rather than sapphire.
But def Cushion/Antique Cushion in Art Deco design.

Hmmmm, it looks to me the centre stone is set in an air gap/line halo setting, and not a halo of dark stone in between the outer halo and the centre stone.

I based this on the two slanted white metal supports on the left hand side that I could see in the picture.

However I could be wrong.

Yeap. Definitely black. I normally set my screen brightness to the lowest and assumed it was sapphire which is common in this style.
