Assuming you mean diameters of round brilliant cuts:
0.02 ct. = 1.7mm
0.03 ct. =2.0mm
0.04 ct. =2.2mm

I think those measurements are applicable for stone which have approximately a total depth of 60%?
For shallower stones the diameters would be greater but for deeper total depths they would be less in diameter.
