I say keep what you have since you said you LOVE it....and honestly I have a 3 carat and I don''t think it will look that much bigger than your 2.28ct. You may notice a slight size difference but I don''t think ordinary people looking at it would. Hold out for 4++ carats!!!
Phoenix-Thanks! Haven-I love it, thank you! Laila-Thank you, I love your bouqet! Tlh-Thank you! AprilBaby-Thank you! It''s so unique, I think that is my favorite part! SanDiegoLady-I just love your rings! Thank you so much! I know I shouldn''t care, but it''s just hard when people are mean about it. Like why do I need to be mistreated cause of my ring? Why does any of that make sense? Lol, thanks! Shopaholic-You''re sooo right, I usually don''t wear a whole lot of rings. Even though I don''t have anything comparable to my e-ring, I don''t want anything to over shadow it. This is such a hard decision! New England Lady-Thanks! I love diamonds of all sizes and shapes-I don''t discriminate! LOL!
Thank ya''ll for your advice! I''m so messed up-everyday I switch which one I would rather go with. Today it''s the upgraded center diamond...........................who knows what I''ll get!
Id go for the oval RHR. That way you get to have 5+ carats on your two hands! You have stellar finger coverage with your current e-ring that I don''t think its worth sacrificing getting a 3 carat total weight RHR for slightly bigger center stone on the e-ring.
I think I would keep the ering as is UNLESS you plan to upgrade the size of it in the future. As a PSer pointed out the size jump really won''t be that noticable so if you love your ering and really don''t plan to upgrade I''d keep it as is.
I''m sorry that folks ask you if your ring is real! Obviously they are annoying and don''t do PS!! Ingnore them.
And I second the idea of trying on as many rings as possible before deciding!
Thanks Stonehunter! I know, it''s definitely a tough call. My fiance wants a decision here soon since our Anniversary is in October, so this weekend we''re going to try on some different pieces to get a good perspective. I love my setting, so if anything I''ll just upgrade my stone in weight or ofcourse the 3 stone oval. Such a hard decision! Thanks for the advice-You are right, I shoudn''t care what others think!
