What does it mean to have surface graining not shown on a GIA

Hi all, you are all a wealth of knowledge!!! Please can someone provide me with feedback on this diamond. It is from an online-dealer and I have not seen it.

'Surface graining not shown' means that it is not an issue, and is mentioned for the sake of completeness. You often see this in the comments section of a grading report, no worries.

We need more info on the diamond to be able to help you with the diamond's cut if you would like.
