Hmm. It actually looks bit on the expensive side when I poke around, even taking into account what it is. It is also significantly pricier than their other similar one.
Did you ask about the other one with similar stats that they have? Ask about the vtn portion of the girdle - back when John Pollard was at WF he did a video class for us showing us one stone that had a vtn girdle but it turned out it was just a tiny indented natural so the vtn was legitimate but a bit misleading, so you should always ask about a girdle with vtn as it might not actually be as severe as it sounds.
