What do you think of the CADs for this solitaire?

My wedding band was seriously damaging my solitaire so I am having it remade. I asked my jeweller to replicate the Tiffany setting, as I like the look of it but mostly because of the donut at the base that could prevent my wedding band to damage another setting like it did. Here are the cads the jeweller gave me. The ring is currently being made in sterling silver with cz so I can wear it and decide if it needs changes before making it with the gold of my previous setting and putting the diamond in.

Would you do any change to those CADs?

Not so much a suggestion, but perhaps a consideration - if the prongs were rotated so that (for instance) the north side prongs were at about 10 & 2 o'clock instead of the one prong at 12 o'clock, coupled with the bump-out of the donut, your band may not rub them as much and wear them down.

I don't know though if that is a personal preference thing that they are always at the noon position like your cad shows or not, but just an idea.
